► Plugin: Add the best “aperitivo” in Milano to your tour!
Spritz is today’s most famous Italian drink in the world, and people agree that my spritz is the best in town. I use a selection of the best Italian bitters, outstanding Prosecco di Valdobbiadene and “spritz” it with a classic siphon made by Cavalier Piantelli, the inventor of the modern seltzer siphon. Or, if you don’t like bitter, you can choose from a selection of excellent Italian wines, sparkling and still. My aperitivo is served with a selection of Italian snacks of excellence: cured meats, DOP Italian cheeses, olives of excellence, various artisan breads and focaccia. Much more than a happy hour in a street bar for € 30 per person
